Chances of getting financed with bad credit score?
April 2nd, 2009 | by admin |I just paid off my mobile home. My credit score is 468. I own the land it is sitting on. Will anyone finance me for a new mobile home if I trade it in (1999 model) and put the land up for collateral? I don’t think the chances are very great of anyone doing this with a 468, just wondering if anyone knows of any companies that do this with land to hold for security.

no credit not finance..!
[most banks wont help you]

Depends on your job, if it is good, you have a better chance
