Credit Score Adviser

I’m looking to get my credit -score-, not credit report (I already know the 3 bureaus have to give you a report once a year), but I don’t want to sign up for one of those 30-day free trials that are all over the internet and have telemarketers calling me and hassling me when I try to cancel. Anyone have suggestions how to get the number itself without paying or signing up for anything?

I fell behind on my student loan payments and it hurt my credit score pretty badly. However, I will soon be caught up thanks to a forbearance.

How soon can my score recover? The student loans are the only debts on my credit scores and I have no large credit card debt, car loans, or mortgages. How soon will I be able to bring my creidt score back up?

I’m 19 y/o and I have three major credit cards. I have a credit score of 708 and I’m trying to get it higher. I recently applied for a loan but I need a co-signer. However everyone I kow has bad credit. How can I raise my score within the next couple months so I can get a loan without a co-signer? Or at the very least have pretty high credit. I’m aiming for a 750.

My credit score is around the 500 mark. My fiance and I are watning to by a house within the next year. His credit is worse than mine, but we really are in need of a larger home.Do you know of anywhere that migh be able to help?

Is there anything I can do to get a guareented credit card or a company that is willing to offer one to someone with my score… my credit report only has medical bills and 1 $50.00 blockbuster thing that is in collections any advice?

I am also getting married and my fiance has excellent credit. However, there is a negative on my report from a discover card that was never paid from 5-6 years ago. I was told not to pay this or the reporting will start over from the new date. Should I pay this will it increase my credit score? We want to buy a house next year.

Assuming I pay off my credit card in full every month and never carry a balance OR exceed the credit limit, will my credit score be affected by how much I charge to the card?

If you just turn the keys into the bank on your house what would your credit score drop to? It is already 570 and i don’t think it could get much worse and my rate is about to go up and I can not affrd the new payment. Plus I owe more then it is worth. Any other ideas?

I just paid off my mobile home. My credit score is 468. I own the land it is sitting on. Will anyone finance me for a new mobile home if I trade it in (1999 model) and put the land up for collateral? I don’t think the chances are very great of anyone doing this with a 468, just wondering if anyone knows of any companies that do this with land to hold for security.
